Tuesday and Wednesday morning conference activities will take place at the newly renovated Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center, in downtown Kalamazoo. A block of rooms have been reserved at reduced rates (see below) and is available through September 27 or until filled, whichever comes sooner.

The Radisson Plaza Hotel is home to three restaurants. Brick and Brine features an open-air concept with a variety of seating options. Kalamazoo Athletic Club (KAC) has 11,000 square feet dedicated to fitness, featuring state-of-the-art LifeTime cardio equipment with 15″ LCD TVs, Nautilus machines, free weights, 21-yard swimming pool, four-person whirlpool, full locker room facilities and sauna. Personal training, wellness assessments, nutritional counseling, and group exercise classes such as spinning, yoga and Pilates are also available. KAC is located on the hotel’s lower level and access is included during your stay at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo.

Parking is available at the garage located at the intersection of Rose Street and West Michigan Avenue. There are two entrances, one on Rose Street and another on Church Street. The three-lane exit opens onto Church Street. Take the skywalk to the second-floor entrance of the Radisson Plaza Hotel. Your room key allows you to exit and enter the parking structure as many times as you'd like during your stay.
