We hope you enjoyed celebrating #50YearsTogether with MMA in 2022. It was fun to share photos and stories from our history in the MMA Review, and we had a wonderful in-person celebration at the Annual Conference in October. As we spent time thinking about the ups and downs of the organization over the past half-century, it was easy to see that funding, especially for staffing, has been a core indicator of the health and level of service MMA provides. We want to make sure that MMA has at least #50MoreYearsTogether and we launched a special anniversary campaign to grow the MMA endowment. Our goal was to have 50 people donate (or pledge) $1,000 by the end of our anniversary year. We didn't quite hit that target, but 28 donors added over $23,000 to the endowment. We are so grateful for these special gifts and look forward to continuing to grow this investment in MMA's future. | The Capitol Area Community Foundation in Lansing is the home of the MMA Endowment. Gifts can be made directly on their website, including recurring donations. |
